What is a Forex Broker? A Forex Broker is known as a retail forex broker, currency trading broker which means they are intermediary who buy and sell assets for a commission. Most see Brokers

as salesmen to financial assets.

The main role of a Broker is found in equities such as insurance, real estate too. Brokers tend to operate by phone and clients would call in their trades and Brokers would buy and sell assets on behalf of the client whereby they get a form of commission. Nowadays, Brokers allow their clients access to accounts and are now able to also trade via electronic platforms and computer applications.
